- Oversee and monitor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of work, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress photographs, and inspection reports.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to on-site.
- Provide guidance and support to site teams to promote best practices and quality workmanship.
- Assist in the resolution of technical issues and facilitate timely decision-making.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in residential projects, with a strong emphasis on developer experience.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and reporting.
