            • Drive the adoption of modern construction techniques, including MIC and fabrication construction.
            • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and develop out-of-the-box solutions.
            • Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep the organization at the forefront of construction management.
            • Build relationships with stakeholders to promote the organization's vision and initiatives.

Requirements:

• • • • • • • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
            • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in large-scale building project management or construction management.
            • Proven experience with MIC or fabrication construction methodologies.
            • Strong leadership skills with a track record of training and developing teams.
            • Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and propose effective solutions.
            • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
