- Lead and manage quantity surveying functions for various development projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with contractors and suppliers to facilitate successful project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are upheld.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior quantity surveying team members.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with significant client-side exposure.
- Must hold HKIS or RICS qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
