Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field

8 years of managerial experience in learning and development, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities

Independent, detail-oriented, and energetic, hands on, adaptable to change, capable in presenting in front of top mgmt

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate training initiatives across multiple locations

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
