Identify clients’ recruitment needs and shortlist appropriate active and passive candidates from different channels, such as database, advertising portals and cold calling.

Handle administrative tasks such as posting job advertisements, coordinating interview schedule, formatting candidates’ CV, updating database consistently and other ad hoc administrative support

Conduct phone, virtual and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for clients’ current and upcoming recruitment needs

Ideally, an ability to stay resilient in building new specialisms

Pro-active, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure and cope with long working hours when necessary

Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (both oral and written)
