- Handle incoming calls and general inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide comprehensive personal and executive support to a family member, including managing calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.
- Liaise and coordinate with domestic helpers and company drivers to ensure seamless household operations.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, visa processing, and itinerary planning.
- Assist with the organization of private events, both locally and overseas, ensuring all logistics are handled meticulously.

Requirements:

- Previous working experience with hospitality management or Family offices would be an advantage
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
- Hands-on, Trustworthy, reliable, possess integrity and respect for confidentiality
- Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment
- Immediately available is highly preferred
