Responsibilities:

              • Lead with project proposals, presentations and negotiation
              • Lead the talented Engineering Team to make sure the deliverables that meets the client's requirement, quality expectation and project objective
              • Coaching and mentoring of the team to drive career growth
              • Work with other directors to promote the standing of the company

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
              • Chartered Engineer will be an advantage, or holder of professional qualification is preferred
              • At least 12 years relevant working experience
              • Track record in leading a team 
              • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
              • Good communicator
