Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • Assisting with the Retail Fit-out projects administration

              • Monitoring the site safety, quality of works

              • Coordinating with sub-contractors as per confirmed design information

              • Handling the logistic arrangement of the materials to the site

              • Attending the site meetings regularly and organizing works according to project manager's instruction

              • Night work may be required occasionally

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • A minimum of 3 years of experience in building/fitting-out projects

              • Experience of fitting-out projects under contractors 

              • Conversant with interior fitting-out nature/surveying, A&A work and contractual documents would be ad advantage

              • Possess good knowledge of technical skills in fitting-out

              • Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlooks etc.

              • Excellent communication and site management skills

              • Good command of English

              • Immediate available is preferred

              • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Site Supervisor
