Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • Assist management in review and update company policies and daily operation of properties; ensure the compliance with governmental regulations
            • Assist in planning property service strategies aligned with Group objectives and KPIs, and drive implementation across all business units
            • Perform regular site inspections and investigations when necessary with follow up rectification actions and provide value-added recommendations
            • Oversee the operation management and evaluation, employee safety and personnel discipline
            • To assess and approve the contractor’s reimbursement from business operation
            • Ensure standardization of SOPs across all business units; liaise with the Group on policies and procedures

Requirements:

• • • • • • • Degree Holder in property management, quality management & building services.
            • Min. 10 years' experience in property management with 5 years' supervisory experience inclusive
            • Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
            • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
            • Mature, self-initiative and presentable
            • Proficient in both written Chinese and English
            • Proficient in Microsoft Office
