- Assist management in review and update company policies and daily operation of properties; ensure the compliance with governmental regulations
- Assist in planning property service strategies aligned with Group objectives and KPIs, and drive implementation across all business units
- Perform regular site inspections and investigations when necessary with follow up rectification actions and provide value-added recommendations
- Oversee the operation management and evaluation, employee safety and personnel discipline
- To assess and approve the contractor’s reimbursement from business operation
- Ensure standardization of SOPs across all business units; liaise with the Group on policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Degree Holder in property management, quality management & building services.
- Min. 10 years' experience in property management with 5 years' supervisory experience inclusive
- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, self-initiative and presentable
- Proficient in both written Chinese and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
