Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • Oversee daily operations of property services for the company’s commercial portfolio, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services
              • Collaborate with management to establish and execute company policies and strategies related to property management
              • Review and refine procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient workflows across all operations
              • Monitor the quality and progress of work performed by contractors and in-house staff, maintaining high standards of service delivery

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • 15+ years of relevant experience 
              • Tertiary educated in related disciplines 
              • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
              • Proven track record of managing shopping malls and Grade A commercial properties in China
              • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
