Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • Maintain and troubleshoot of network solutions (i.e. Router, switch, Wi-Fi, PA & FortiGate firewall)
            • Liaise with other IT members and external vendors/ ISP on technical troubleshoot
            • Evaluate and implement network change requests
            • Support with ad-hoc network projects

Requirements:

• • • • • • • Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant disciplines
            • CCNA/CCNP certification preferred but not a must
            • With 4+ years’ network operations experience
            • Familiar with Huawei/ Cisco router & switch, and Palo Alto/ FortiGate firewall
            • With track records managing a medium/ large scaled network infrastructure environment
            • Good communication skill in Cantonese and English
