Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Sales team to derive business opportunities and design logistics solutions for customers
- Handling customer inquiries, quotation/pricing follow-up timely and responsively
- Follow-up freehand shipments on air & ocean with customers, overseas offices, sales & operations
- Maintain & develop strong relationship with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment process with high service quality to customers
- Provide regular reporting and KPIs to management and customers
- Support and handle some key accounts’ daily shipment
- Handle customers complaints with ensure regulatory compliance and appropriate procedures (as per SOPs)
- Additional tasks as required and assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in logistics management, sales and marketing or equivalent background
- At least 6 years experiences preferably in international freight forwarding with customer service, account service or sales background
- Solid knowledge in both Air & Ocean is a plus
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication & presentation skills
- Mature, positive attitude, high flexibility and self-motivated
- Able to work independent and willing to work overtime
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese with fair Mandarin
- Proficient in MS office applications, Desktop 365
