Job Duties:
- Assist in creating and implementing brand strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics within the wine and spirits sector.
- Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on both on-trade (bars, restaurants) and off-trade (retail) initiatives.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager, marketing team, and sales department to ensure consistent brand messaging and effectiveness across all customer touchpoints.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and assist in reporting results, recommending adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including on-trade and off-trade customers, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast inventory needs accurately, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Branding or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles, preferably within the wine and spirits industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for brand building in the beverage sector.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
