Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative and clerical tasks
- Handle quotation, contract, and proposal integration
- Assist to generate and analyse weekly sales reports and follow up actions
- Coordinate and work closely with inter-department to support after-sales services when needed
- Access, collect and share the latest market insight and competitor information on weekly basis
- Source and gather market information and competitor activities
- Identify new market potential and maintaining customers relationship for business growth
- Attend meetings / calls with cross-department
- Other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned
Requirements:
- High diploma or above in business disciplines
- 3-4 years above relevant working experience in logistics, e-commerce industry is preferred
- Administrative or coordination experience in marketing, business development, project or sales is preferable
- Fast learning, well-organized and eager to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of CRM is a PLUS
- Occasionally travel to China
