Job Responsibilities:
- Draft, revise, and modify a variety of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Evaluate contract risks and offer suggestions for risk mitigation strategies.
- Handle any contractual issues or disputes that arise during the contract duration, working towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Ensure that all contracts conform to internal protocols and external regulations; conduct regular audits to assess contract performance.
- Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and operational teams to facilitate smooth contract execution.
- Engage in negotiations, advocating for the company's interests to secure favorable terms.
- Analyze contract performance and outcomes, generating reports for management to inform decision-making processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in contract management or a related field, preferably within a large corporate setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing large-scale construction contracts.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret intricate contract terms.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Competence in office software and contract management systems.
- Team player capable of performing effectively under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
