Our client is a leading insurance company, they are currently looking for a Contract Legal and Compliance Assistant to support the team.

Responsible:

• To assist hiring manager in a driving project involving cross-jurisdictional settings, deploy sophisticated knowledge in Companies and Insurance law, conduct due diligences on contract and other documentations for change management, drafting and reviewing correspondence, and represent legal team in the project meetings as and when manager directs.

Requirement

• Good technical ability and a genuine enthusiasm for categorising and applying legal information accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and a sensitivity to the nuances of language are essential, as is aptitude for devising complex searches and the ability to distinguish content that is really on-point to a topic.
• Ability to work remotely and communicate clearly and efficiently.
• Good team player, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with high sensitivity to timeline.
• Strong academic record with a degree in law in Hong Kong.
• Min. 4 years experience, especially in legal publishing and/or law, preferably in a project setting.
