Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the project director and manager in generating monthly cost reports promptly.
- Manage all project documentation for the project team and subcontractors.
- Maintain a master file of all project documents and oversee the production and upkeep of the project drawing register.
- Upload submissions and drawings using the project system.
- Administer contracts and subcontracts, ensuring the quality control of all project documents.
- Establish and maintain job files and a well-organized drawing library within company systems.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in construction at a site office.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a sense of urgency to meet ongoing deadlines.
- Strong sense of responsibility, willingness to assist in a flexible manner, and a team player.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and effective time management.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Aconex, Project Centre, or similar project/construction systems.
- Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
