My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management of difference departments on development and implementation of policies regarding talent acquisition and compensation & benefits.
- Lead the talent attraction, motivation and retention projects.
- Responsible for annual salary review projects. Ensure the pay and reward are competitive to attract and retain talent.
- Work closely with mainland offices on HR policies implementation. Support the pay mechanism review.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support on HR related matters.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- 8 years relevant HR experience, including 5 years in supervisory level.
- Good knowledge in compensation and benefits.
- Highly analytical and strong at problem solving.
- Strong at communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and attentive to details.
- Strong at project management.
- Well versed in HK employment Ordinances and regulations.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially Excel.
