Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer service, assisting clients with both pre- and post-sales inquiries.
- Act as an ambassador of the brand, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Support daily boutique operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Facilitate sales through understanding client needs and delivering tailored experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth boutique operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in Luxury hospitality (Hotel & Aiviation) or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in customer service and sales.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
