Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance to achieve targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through proactive and sustainable sales strategies
- Conduct product training sessions to distributors and prepare training materials.
- Provide coaching, support, and necessary resources to empower distributors in developing their markets and achieving business success
- Manage the implementation cycle of sales plans, including follow-up, inspection, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Actively participate in organizing various office and off-site activities
- Implements measurement, and evaluation processes and monitors results to determine the overall distributors and business impact of implemented solutions
- Foster strong relationships with distributors and collaborate effectively with different teams
- Coordinate with headquarters on product training, business training, incentives, and other sales-oriented activities
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of proven account management or Food and Nutrition, Health Sciences experience
- Experience in marketing, Nutritionist or healthcare-related training will be preferable.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data effectively
- Demonstrated responsibility, independence, and the ability to establish quick working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese, and Putonghua (Mandarin)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive in engaging with people
- Willingness to travel occasionally
