Senior Human Resources Manager (Renewable contract)

My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Senior Human Resources Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR support to client departments.
  • Formulate and implement HR policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Provide consultancy services to client departments on employment ordinance or related legal compliance.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support on HR related matters.
  • Conduct employee counselling and handle complaints and misconduct cases of employees.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • 12 years relevant HR experience, including 8 years in supervisory level.
  • Candidates from Gov/Education/NGOs background is an advantage.
  • Strong at communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well versed in HK employment Ordinances and regulations.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially Excel.
