My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Senior Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of HR support to client departments.
- Formulate and implement HR policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Provide consultancy services to client departments on employment ordinance or related legal compliance.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support on HR related matters.
- Conduct employee counselling and handle complaints and misconduct cases of employees.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- 12 years relevant HR experience, including 8 years in supervisory level.
- Candidates from Gov/Education/NGOs background is an advantage.
- Strong at communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in HK employment Ordinances and regulations.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially Excel.
