Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute marketing strategy and programs for the Group.
- Monitor program results and provide feedback to management.
- Manage resources and budget for the Marketing Department.
- Oversee digital marketing channels, including the website and e-shop.
- Coordinate product photography and updates.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research.
- Lead PR efforts and media coordination.
- Implement and manage the VIP program, including recruitment and CRM.
- Focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Supervise the Marketing Department (4-6 staff) for timely execution of responsibilities.
- Recruit and evaluate team members.
- Define brand positioning and implement strategies to strengthen image.
- Advise on new product designs and branding issues.
- Prepare and monitor the Marketing Department budget to achieve business goals.
- Ensure effective internal controls in departmental operations.
- Conduct annual internal control and risk assessments.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee projects from concept to completion.
- Execute special projects as directed by the CEO.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in marketing, preferable with experiences in Watches and Jewellery, Retail and or Luxury Products
- Mature and business savvy
- Strategic thinking especially surrounding brand positioning
- Strong online and offline marketing execution with solid project management skills
- In touch with current market trends, resourceful with good networks
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
