Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers to coordinate project matters, schedule and report problems.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for the project, from candidate searching, job ads posting, CV screening and shortlisting, interview arrangement and holding, offer making to on-boarding arrangement
- Identify recruitment need and develop recruitment plan for project
- Coordinate with clients, consultants / subcontractors, suppliers for the project
- Monitor material ordering and logistics to meet project progress
- Provide on-site support as requested
- Support other ad hoc tasks/services when required
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent
- Related experience is preferable
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and good team player, with attention to detail
- Self motivated, creative, energetic and aggressive
- Fluent in English, Mandarin is an advantage
- Good Knowledge of MS Offic
