Responsibilities:
- Collect and consolidate the business and technical requirements for assigned project by demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, hosting workshops, and applying other requirements collection techniques where necessary
- Ability to perform gap analysis of ‘As Is’ systems and processes against ‘To Be’ systems and processes
- Ability to create process flows, customer journeys, and use cases
- Rotation shift to support 7 x 24 hours operations might be required
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- At least 3 years’ working expertise in the Business Analyst role
- Business knowledge in MPF scheme operations, working experience in data migration and experience in program development using SQL is highly preferred
