Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designated forwarders for the shipment of watches
• Handle basic system operations (SAP) such as receiving goods, updating prices, and transferring stock.
• Arrange the dispatch and placement of watches upon their arrival.
• Ensure timely submission of shipping documents to Hong Kong Customs for declaration processes.
• Assist in the monthly cycle counts and semi-annual stocktakes for the warehouses.
• Compile and provide a weekly Purchasing and Goods Receiving Summary to the Team for data consolidation.
• Coordinate with the Finance Team to manage shipment and delivery invoices from forwarders.
• Maintain and update the daily Sell-In Report for Watch Brands in HK .
• Provide support for ad hoc logistics projects as part of the team.
